+A labor union advocating for the rights of martial adventurers, a group who are far more frequently disadvantaged when compared to their caster peers. The union has been doing all it can to improve the lot of martials, something that has earned it condemnation and celebration in equal amounts. Led by Jalil, a psychic warrior who's been here since the first ever expedition.
+===== Membership Requirements =====
+As the name suggests, the Martial Union requires that its members be "sufficiently Martial". What exactly this means has been open to quite a bit of debate in the past, but sufficient precedent has been established at this point to have a somewhat useful definition:
+  * A character may not have more levels in "spellcasting" classes than they do in "martial" classes
+  * A "spellcasting" class is defined as one with better than half spell progression
+  * A "martial" class is definied as one that primarily fights in melee or ranged combat, with at most half spell progression
+  * Fringe and edge cases such as "Would be legal at level 7 but illegal at level 8, then legal again at level 9" are almost certainly disqualified
+===== Martial Union Benefits =====
+To minimize friction and arguments, the usage of these terms should be mentioned during the **expedition organizing**  phase of an adventure, either when posting an expedition you create yourself, or when agreeing to join an expedition someone else has posted. If they are //not//  mentioned in this phase, the expedition leader and/or quartermaster have every right to refuse Martial Union Terms.
