Svenja Tegen is a powerful paragon character. She is famous as both one of the first paragon characters, one of the best magic item crafters, and one of the most iconic leaders of Casterhäus.
Little is known about Svenja, but she has associated with the Gatekeeper of the Wretched Crawler as well as the Avezdeyan sun cult (thought it is rumoured that she knows little of the actual religion).
Svenja is the author of the 36 Teachings of Svenja Tegen, a document describing the power of spite.
